My name is Jorge Pérez Bárcenas, I am 30 years old and I am from Havana, Cuba. For 22 years I had been running the distances of 1500m, 3K, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon (21K) and Marathon (42K); I had also been training and competing in Biathle (World Tour), Triathlon, Swimming, Cycling (Road & MTB) and Rock Climbing at National and International level, including also the 2008 Beijing Olympics Games Cuba Qualifying Race. I am currently training for the following events in 2020: Iberoamerican Middle Distance Triathlon Championship La Habana, IRONMAN 70.3 Punta del Este, Montevideo Marathon, and all of this as preparation for a Full IRONMAN Event in 2020.
